Habit CreditWhen it opens

A willpower bank

Good habits earn credit.
Treats spend it.

Habit Credit keeps a balance for your willpower. A run, a page of writing or an early night adds points. A pastry or an evening of games costs them. You keep the books by talking to ChatGPT or Claude.

How the bank works

  1. Name your habits

Give each one a reward in points. A run might be worth five, ten pages of reading two. You decide what effort is worth.

  2. Earn, then spend

Every habit you log goes straight into your balance. Treats have a price too, so the cake or the late show is something you paid for and can enjoy.

  3. Set a weekly goal

Choose how many points to earn each week and what a missed point costs. If Sunday comes and you fell short, the gap is charged once. A negative balance is a number to work back from, nothing more.

Kept in conversation

Habit Credit connects to your AI assistant through MCP. Tell it what you did and it logs the entry. Ask what you can afford and it reads your balance. A small card in the chat shows the balance, the week and what you can log next.

Every entry stays in one ledger with its history, so a mistake can be corrected and a week’s charge can be checked later.

I ran 5k this morning

Logged Morning run for 5 points. Your balance is 47 and you need 2 more this week.

Can I have the cake tonight?

Chocolate cake costs 4. You would still have 43.
